What are your lease terms?
We currently offer 12-month lease.
Exception: During the months of September, October, and November, only a 15-month lease will be allowed.
How much is your application fee?
Our online application fee is $75.00 per person and non-refundable. Anyone 18+ that will be living within the apartment must submit their own application and pay the application fee. Please note - The payment cannot be processed online. However, we can accept card payments via phone. Please call 405-681-5507 to pay the application fee after submission.
How much is your deposit?
The security deposit for a 1-bedroom apartment home is $300.00 if qualified.
The security deposit for a 2-bedroom is $400.00 if qualified.
The security deposit for a 3-bedroom is $500.00 if qualified.
The security deposit is per person unless the applicants are married, have a child together, share verifiable rental history, or are closely related.
What are your qualifications?
Our preferred qualifications are -
6 months rental history and be clear of any lease violations
6 months employment
gross 2.5x the rent
pass a credit/background check
Must have a minimum credit score of 550 to be considered without further conditions.
If you do not qualify you may be asked to pay a higher deposit.
Do you allow pets?
Of course! We allow two pets per apartment. We have no weight limit nor breed restrictions. We would simply need to meet the pet before move-in to ensure the pet shows no signs of aggressive tendencies, obtain a copy of current shot records, and take a picture of the pet to remain in your resident file. There is a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee due at move in and a pet rent charge of $25.00 per month, per pet.
Are utilities included with the rent?
No utilities are included in the rental rate. Residents are responsible for their own electric service through OG&E and a partial payment for water/trash/sewage must be paid to Pickwick Place Apartments along with the monthly rent. The charge for water/trash/sewage is dependent upon the occupancy within the apartment home.
1 occupant - $26.00
2 occupants - $36.00
3 occupants - $41.00
4 occupants - $45.00
5 occupants - $50.00
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE REQUIRE RESIDENTS TO OBTAIN AND PROVIDE PROOF OF PERSONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE IN THE AMOUNT OF $300,000.00.
